Pursuant to Assembly Bill 1123, effective January 1, 2010, Process Server registration requirements will change, requiring any process server renewing a lapsed certificate of registration to submit a completed Request for Live Scan form confirming his/her fingerprint submission to the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
